    • Our group classes are led by certifie14606554_746800718802384_7935292315865189356_nd CrossFit coaches who lead the group through a functional high intensity training program.  Our programming focuses on all aspects of fitness through strength development, gymnastics skills, metabolic conditioning, mobility, and proper recovery.  Our classes have a great environment to train in with appropriate class sizes.

  • CrossFit Foundations Training

    • Our get started program to introduce you to CrossFit and our coaching methods.  Learn the fundamentals of body weight movements, barbell mechanics, and gymnastic scaling to ensure an easy transition into group classes. Establish fitness goals that we can help you achieve.

      • Optional Saturday Partner Workout
  • Personal Training

    • Our personal training packages are 30 minute sessions with a certified trainer.  Training is customized to your needs and goals.  Specializing in adult health and fitness, and youth speed, agility and conditioning.
