This class is designed to get you active and begin your path of fitness. Experienced and beginners are welcome to participate in this functional strength and conditioning class. In the class you will warm up properly to prep your body to perform the movements. Mobility/Flexibility will be incorporated as well to improve range of motion and better movement quality.
The bulk of the class will be performed as a circuit/bootcamp style workout to improve your strength and conditioning. At the end of each class a cool down will be put in place to aid in recovery and maintain flexibility.
Class is about 45 minutes in duration. The cost is $10 per class and prefer everyone to register online before attending the class.
